PRIVACY STATEMENT
This Online Privacy Policy only applies to Information Collected on our Online Properties (websites) and does not apply to activities on Social Media Sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube or other sites you elect to engage with No-Nuisince, LLC.

When you purchase something from our site, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, email address and other information.
We may also collect information about gift recipients so that we can fulfill the gift purchase. The information we collect about gift recipients is not used for marketing purposes.
When you browse our site, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing: With your permission, we may send you emails about our new products and other updates.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise, transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information unless we provide you with advance notice, except as described below.
The term “outside parties” does not include No-Nuisince, LLC. It also does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety.
However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
SECTION 5 – Who is GoDaddy.com ?
Our online store is hosted on GoDaddy.com. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through GoDaddy.com, data storage, databases and the general WooCommerce application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
To protect our customer’s financial, banking and/or credit card information No-Nuisince, LLC utilizes the secure services of PayPal for ALL online payments and/or transactions. PayPal allows for the use of most major credit cards like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. No-Nuisince, LLC does not process credit cards on our website; once our visitor selects “checkout”, they are directed to PayPal’s own payment processing portal. Once the payment process is completed via PayPal, two email messages are generated; one to No-Nuisince support notifying us of a successful transaction and to proceed with product shipping; another is sent to the email address the customer entered during payment processing. Both emails WILL have a unique (matching) transaction number for track ability.

SECTION 6 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.
